| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨超声对膀胱占位性病变的诊断价值。方法：应用超声对359例膀胱占位性病变进行检查，全部经手术病理证实。结果：膀胱结石99例，膀胱异物9例，膀胱肿瘤251例，其中乳头状瘤3例、膀胱癌235例。超声对膀胱占位性病变的阳性诊断符合率100％。结论：超声检查对膀胱占位性病变的诊断有极为实际的临床应用价值，可作为普查膀胱疾病的重要方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the diagnostic v alue of ultrasound in bladder masses.Methods:Three hundred fifty nine bladder masses were exam ined with ultrasound All cases were proved by pathology after operation.Results:Bladder stones were in 99 cases, bladder foreign b ody in 9 cases,bladder tumors in 251 cases including 3 bladder papillomas and 2 35 bladder carcinomas The positive diagnostic rate of ultrasound in bladder mas ses was 100%.Conclusions:Ultrasound possesses actual screening applicab le for diagnosing bladder masses in clinic and it should be the important method in bladder diseases. |
