高海拔地区36例小儿ARDS胸部X-线分析

目的：研究小儿呼吸窘迫综合征胸部X－线诊断。方法：选取36例小儿呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）病例，比较胸部X－线表现特点并进行分析；结果：胸部X－线表现为：（1）早期肺纹理增粗，模糊的间质水;(2) 早期肺内小点片状或大片状融合阴影；（3）中晚期两肺广泛片状阴影，常合并感染，临床表现严重，可伴肺不张或肺膨胀不全；（4）恢复期病变吸收缓慢；结论：X－线胸片是诊断小儿呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）的有效方法，但要结合临床并与其它疾病鉴别。

X-RAY STUDY OF CHEST IN CHLDREN WITH ARDS AT HIGH ALTITUDE

Objective:To study X-ray characteristics of diagnsis in children with ARDS.Method:36 cases were selected and the changes of express on X-ray films were observed.Result:There were various X-ray changes on increased lung marking,edema,lung shadow and lung infection in early,middle,late and recovery stage of the course.Conclusion:ARDS in children could be effective diagnsis by X-ray film but the clinical characteristics is important too at high altitude.
