| 摘 要： | 取人胃粘膜上皮细胞置ＲＰＭＩＩ６４０培养液中培养，表皮生长因子（ＥＧＦ）组加ＥＧＦ，对照组加培养液，结果显示ＥＧＦ有促进细胞ＤＮＡ合成作用Ｐ＜０．０００１）。９７例慢性萎缩性胃炎（ＣＡＧ）随机分为治疗组（５５例）和对照组（４２例），治疗组用ＥＧＦ＋得乐治疗、对照组单用得乐治疗。６个月后经胃镜和病理活检复查，结果：治疗组对ＣＡＧ及肠化疗效明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０；０１）。ＥＧＦ无毒副作用。

| Abstract: | 7 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)were randomly divided into treatment group(55 cases)and control group(42 cases).The treatment group was treated with EGF plus DeNoland the control group with DeNol only,Gastroscopy and biopsy were performed for checking af-ter 6 months. The results suggested that the therapeutic effects of CAG and intestinal metaplasia(IM)on the treatnment group were significantly better than on the control group(P<0.01). EGF has no toxic side-effects. |
