高血压患者血尿酸水平与病情的关系

目的:探讨高血压患者血尿酸水平及其与病情的关系。方法:测定120例不同危险度分层的高血压患者(高危与很高危组60例,中危与低危组60例)与40例正常对照者的血尿酸水平。结果:高血压组血尿酸水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01),高尿酸血症(HUA)检出率(41.67%)也高于对照组(10.0％,P<0.01)。且高危与很高危组血尿酸水平则高于中危与低危组(P<0.05),HUA检出率(51.67%)也高于后者(31.67％,P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者血尿酸水平显著升高且与病情进展有关。

The Relationship between the Level of Serum Uric Acid and the Disease Severity in Patients with Hypertension

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the level of serum uric acid and the disease severity in patients with essential hypertension.Methods:The level of serum uric acid was measured in 120 cases with essential hypertension on different risk stratification (60 cases were stratified at high and very high risk,60 cases were moderate and low stratification) and in 40 caes healthy controls. Resuls: The level of serum uric acid in patients with essential hypertension was significantly higher than that in the healthy control groups ( P < 0.01) .The positive outcome of hyperuricemia(HUA) was 41.67% in patients,which was higher than in healthy controls (10.0% , P < 0.01). In addition, the level of serum uric acid in the high risky subgroup was higher than patients of low subgroup (P<0.05) ,and the respective positive outcome of HUA was also higher (51.67%)than in the low subgroup(31.6% , P < 0.05) . Conclusions:The level of serum uric acid in essential hypertension is significantly higher than in healthy controls and it relates to the development of the disease.
