摘    要:目的评价双水平正压bilevel positive airway pressure (BiPAP)]无创通气治疗急性心源性肺水肿的疗效。方法对40例急性心源性肺水肿患者采用BiPAP无创通气治疗,检测治疗前后患者心率(H1K)、呼吸频率(RIK)、收缩压(SBP)、动脉血氧饱和度(SpO2)、pH、动脉血氧分压(PaO2)和动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)等参数,观察治疗效果。结果通气治疗1h后患者HR、RR、SBP、SpO2、pH、PaO2和PaCO2均有显著改善(P〈0.01),总有效率为92.5%。结论BiPAP无创通气是治疗急性心源性肺水肿的有效方法之一,值得临床推广使用。

Application of BiPAP Pressure Noninvasive Ventilation in the Treatment of Patients with Acute Cardiogenic Pulmonary Edma

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of bilevel positive airway pressure (BiPAP) noninvasive ventilation on acute cardiogenic pulmonary edma. Methods: 40 patients with acute cardiogenic pulmonary edma received BiPAP noninvasive ventilation therapy.The values of parameters, heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR) ,the systolic blood pressure (SBP), arterial oxygen saturation (SpO2), pH, arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2) were measured before and after treatment. Results:The HR, RR, SBP, SpO2, pH, PaO2 and PaCO2 l h after BiPAP noninvasive ventilation were improved obviously (P 〈0.01). The total effective rate was 92.5%. Conclusion: BiPAP noninvasive ventilation is one of the important means to rescue actue pulmonary edma. The technique was worthy to be widely used.
