| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究综合康复治疗对老年高血压病并肾功能损害的临床疗效。方法 :对 2 75例老年高血压病并肾功能损害者 ,给予综合康复治疗 3～ 6个月 ,随访 2～ 3年。结果 :治疗组总有效率 90 .18% ,而10 0例对照组总有效率为 80 .0 0 %。结论 :综合康复治疗对老年高血压病并肾功能损害的临床疗效优于单纯药物治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the therapeutic results of geriatric hypertension with kidney dysfunction treated with comprehensive rehabilitation procedures.Methods:Two hundred and seventy|five cases of geriatric hypertension with kidney dysfunction have been followed up for 2~3 years after comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in 3~6 months.Results:Total efficient rate for the treatment group was 90 18%,while for the control it was 80 00%.Conclusion:Results of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment group is better than simple medication. |
