摘    要:目的探讨医院Ⅲ类环境中的治疗室取消紫外线定期空气消毒的可行性。方法在日常使用状态下,治疗室行紫外线空气消毒前、后采样进行空气细菌培养,比较消毒前后治疗室空气细菌培养结果。结果通过1年的观察,在同一间治疗室,由同一组人员采用同一种操作方法在常规的紫外线定期空气消毒前、后空气细菌培养结果全部〈500efu/cm^3,达到消毒隔离的要求。结论在自然通风的情况下,可取消治疗室定期紫外线空气消毒的方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility of cancelling traditional periodical air disinfection with ultraviolet radiation in the hospital treatment room in the type III environment in hospital.Methods Air bacteria cultures before and after air disinfection with ultraviolet radiation in the treatment room were conducted in the state of daily use by taking samples:and the results of air bacteria cultures before and after disinfection were compared.Results After one-year study in one treatment room by thsearcbers in one team.the amounts of bacteria in the air culture for both sampling were less than 500 cfu/cm3 with the same experiment method,which reached the requirement of disinfection and isolation.Conclusions In the cage of natural ventilation.it is considered that the disinfection method of periodical air disinfection with ultraviolet radiation may be cancelled.
