B超、CA125联合检查在卵巢良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值

目的：探讨B超、CA125联合检查在卵巢良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法：回顾分析组织学确诊的136例卵巢肿瘤（良性81例，恶性55例）中患者术前B超声声像特征及CA125测定结果。结果：B超、CA125及联合检查诊断卵巢良性肿瘤的敏感性分别为93．8％、82．7％和90．1％；诊断卵巢癌的敏感性分别为83．7％、87．5％和92．3％。结论：B超、CA125联合检查能提高卵巢癌诊断的敏感性，尤其是卵巢浆液性或粘液性腺癌患者。

Diagnostic value in differentiating malignant ovarian tumors from benign tumors with B- type ultrasound and serum CA125 combination

To study the diagnostic value in differentiating malignant ovarian tumors from benigntumors with B - typcultrasound and CA125 combination. Methods Restropective analysis oi sonic characteristic of B - type ultrasound and CA125 finding in 136 patients with ovarian tumors (benign 81 cases, malignant 55 cases con-tinned by lustopalbology). Results The sensitivity lor diagnosing benign tumors with B - type ultrasound, CA125 and combination was 93. 8% , 82. 7% and 90. 1% . respectively; and the sensitivity for diagnosing ovarian cancers was 83. 7% , 87. 5% and 92. 3% , respectively. Conclusion B - type ultrasound and CAI25 combination could increase diagnostic sensitivity of ovarian cancers, especially in the patients with serum or mucous ovarian cancers.
