摘    要:目的:本文研究了石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定微量全血中Pb和Mn含量的方法.方法:用0.05%的Triton X-100和0.1%的NH4H2PO4及0.1%NH4NO3作稀释剂,样品按11倍稀释,采用标准曲线法可测定全血中的铅和锰.结果:采用此方法回收率在92.5%~108.0%之间,样品相对偏差小于10%.结论:本方法简单、准确,结果令人满意.

Abstract:Objective: A new graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric method for direct determination of Pb and Mn in whole blood is studied in the paper.Methods: The blood sample after 11-fold dilution is treated with 0.05% Triton X-100 and0.1% NH4H2PO4 and 0.1% NH4NO3.The method is simple and rapid by calibration curve method.Results: The results show that recoveries of these microelements are between 92.5% to 108.0% and relative standard deviation less than 10%.Conclusion: The result of the method is accurate and satisfactory.
