摘    要:目的:探讨脑电双频指数(BIS)在人工流产术中应用的可行性。方法:选择5年内要求人工流产,妊娠6~8周者600例,在异丙酚静脉麻醉下随机分为A组(无BIS检测)、B组(用BIS监测)各300例,分别观察麻醉前1 min睁眼(T1)、醉后1 min闭眼(T2)、苏醒睁眼(T3)时的血流动力学、血氧饱和度(SPO2)情况,以及异丙酚用量、苏醒时间、术中知晓和人工流产综合征例数,然后进行分析。结果:在T2时两组分别与T1时比较血流动力学和SPO2差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间比较血流动力学差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在异丙酚用量、苏醒时间、术中知晓方面两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:BIS检测麻醉深度可使血流动力学、SPO2稳定,降低异丙酚用量,缩短苏醒时间,避免术中知晓和人工流产综合征,值得推广使用。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the application of bispectral index(BIS) in artificial abortion.Methods: Six hundreds of patients who were 6-8 weeks of pregnancies and undergoing artificial abortion were randomly divided into two groups with 300 in each.The patients in group A were performed intravenous anesthesia of propofol,while the cases in group B were given intravenous anesthesia of propofol and BIS dectection.The hemodynamics and degree of blood oxygen saturation(SpO2) were examined at the moment of opening eyes 1 minute before anesthesia(T1),closing eyes 1 minute after anesthesia(T2),and opening eyes when the patients regained consciousness,respectively.And the dosage of propofol,the time that the patients regained consciousness,intraoperative awareness,and the number of artificial abortion syndrome were also recorded.Results: For both groups,the differences in hemodynamics and SpO2 were significant between T1 and T2.At the moment of T2,the differences in hemodynamics were significant between two groups.Significant differences were also found in the dosage of propofol,the time that the patients regained consciousness,and intraoperative awareness between two groups.Conclusion: BIS detecting depth of anesthesia could make the hemodynamics and SpO2 stable,decrease the dosage of propofol,reduce the time that the patients regained consciousness,avoid intraoperative awareness and artificial abortion syndrome.
