模拟高原低氧对大鼠心肌力学影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:观察模拟高原低氧对大鼠心肌力学的影响,探讨红景天等组方中药复方合剂对其的作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠84只,随机分为平原对照组(PC)、模拟高原低氧1 d组(H1)、模拟高原低氧1 d加中药干预组(Z1)、模拟高原低氧3 d组(H3)、模拟高原低氧3 d加中药干预组(Z3)、模拟高原低氧7 d组(H7)、模拟高原低氧7 d加中药干预组(Z7),每组12只;采用MPA-心功能分析系统,记录大鼠HR、+dp/dt max、-dp/dt max。结果:H7组和Z7组大鼠心率加快,+dp/dt max、-dp/dt max均升高(P<0.01),且Z7组大鼠+dp/dt max、-dp/dt max明显高于H7组(P<0.01)。结论:模拟高原低氧可引起大鼠心脏收缩和舒张功能代偿性增强,红景天等组方中药复方合剂对大鼠心肌力学有一定的正性作用。

Effects of Simulated High Altitude Hypoxia on Myocardiac Mechanics in Rats

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of simulated high altitude hypoxia and traditional Chinese medicine Rhodiola on myocardial mechanics in rats.Methods: Eighty four male SD rats were randomly divided into seven groups with 12 in each.The rats in control group(C1) were kept in the normal condition.The rats in hypoxia groups were kept in the simulated high altitude hypoxia condition for 1 day(H1 group),3 days(H3 group) and 7 days(H7 group),respectively.The rats in treatment groups were given traditional Chinese medicine Rhodiola,and then treated with simulated high altitude hypoxia for 1 day(Z1 group),3 days(Z1 group) and 7 days(Z1 group),respectively.The HR,+dp/dt max,-dp/dt max levels were recorded with MPA cardiovascular function analysis system.Results: The levels of HR,+dp/dtmax,-dp/dtmax in both H7 and Z7 groups were significantly higher than in controls,and the levels of +dp/dtmax,-dp/dtmax in Z7 group were significantly higher than in H7 group.Conclusion: Simulated high altitude hypoxia can result in the compensatory enhancement of cardiac systolic and diastolic funtions in rats,and the traditional Chinese medicine could improve the cardiac functions.
