小儿全身麻醉后梨状隐窝压闭法置入胃管的临床研究

目的:探讨小儿全身麻醉后梨状隐窝压闭法置入胃管在临床医疗中的应用效果,提高置入胃管的一次成功率。方法:将35例择期腹部手术患儿随机分为两组,在全身麻醉气管插管后分别采用梨状隐窝压闭法和传统方法留置胃管,比较两组患儿留置胃管的一次成功率和平均插管时间。结果:两种胃管置入法的一次成功率分别为90.3%和72.3%,插管时间分别为38±12 s和82±26 s,两组患儿之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在全身麻醉气管插管后,采用梨状隐窝压闭法置入胃管可以提高置入胃管的一次成功率,缩短操作时间。

A Clinical Study on Application of Piriform Recess Pressure in Gastric Tube Intubation After General Anesthesia for the Pediatric Patients

Objective: To assess the application effect of piriform recess pressure in gastric tube intubation after general anesthesia to increase the successful rate of single intubation for the pediatric patients.Methods: 35 cases of the pediatric patients with abdominal operation were divided into two groups randomly,and gastric tube intubation was conducted with piriform recess pressure method in one group and traditional method in the other group after tracheal intubation.A comparison was made in the successful rate for single intubation and intubation time were between the two groups.Results: The successful rate for single intubation was 90.3 % and 72.3 %,respectively.The intubation time was 38±12 seconds and 82±26 seconds,respectively.There was significant difference in successful rate for single intubation and intubation time between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions: The results suggested that piriform recess pressure in gastric tube intubation after general anesthesia can raise the successful rate for single intubation and shorten the intubation time in the pediatric patients.
