超声引导下旋切治疗乳腺良性疾病的探讨

目的:探讨超声引导下的Mammotome旋切系统在乳腺良性疾病治疗中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2009年8月至2010年8月32例临床诊断为乳腺良性病灶,在超声引导下经Mammotome旋切治疗后的疗效。结果:28例为乳腺纤维腺瘤,4例为乳腺腺病。手术时间30～55 min。旋切次数10～32次,平均16次;切出标本为圆柱状。术中出血约5～15 mL,平均10 mL。无1例操作失败,术后切口愈合好,无感染发生。结论:Mammotome旋切手术治疗乳腺良性疾病具有安全、可靠、创伤小等优点,并对原有的乳房外形影响甚微,并发症少。

Ultrasound-guided Mammotome Rotation System in the Treatment of Patients with Benign Breast Lesions

Objective: To assess the clinical value of ultrasound-guided Mammotome rotation system applied in the treatment of benign breast lesions.Methods: 32 cases of diagnosed benign breast lesions treated by the Mammotome rotation system under the supervision of ultrasound from August 2009 to August 2010 were analyzed retrospectively for the curative effect.Results: The lesions of all the patients were successfully resected by the Mammotome rotation system.According to the results of pathological examination,there were 28 cases of fibroadenoma of breast,4 cases of breast adenosis.The operation time was 30-55 minutes.Frequency was 10-32 times,16 times on the average.Shape of specimens was cylindrical.Blood loss in operation was about 5-15ml,10ml on the average.The incision healed well and no infection occurred after operation.Conclusion: Surgical treatment of benign breast lesions with ultrasound-guided Mammotome rotation is safe and reliable,with minimal invasion,satisfactory cosmetic results and fewer postoperative complications.
