美多芭治疗原发性不宁腿综合征45例临床观察

目的:探讨不宁腿综合征(RLS)的临床表现及可能的发病机制,观察美多芭对RLS的治疗效果。方法:对2007年1月至2009年12月门诊及住院治疗的符合国际不宁腿综合征研究小组(IRLSSG)制定的诊断标准和排除标准的45例原发性RLS患者,给予小剂量美多芭(125 mg,睡前1 h服用)治疗后,对治疗前后的临床表现进行国际RLS评估量表(IRLS)评分。结果:45例患者经美多芭治疗后,症状均有明显改善,IRLS评分显著下降(由治疗前的平均26分降至8分)。其中有6例患者治疗4周后停药且未再复发。结论:美多芭治疗RLS疗效确切、起效快、不良反应少、患者服药的依从性好,但长期疗效有待进一步观察。

A Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Madopar in the Treatment of Restless Legs Syndrome

Objective: To explore the clinical manifestations and possible pathogenesis of restless leg syndrome(RLS),and evaluate Madopar’s therapeutic effect on RLS.Methods: From 2007.1 to 2009.12,45 inpatients and outpatients of primary RLS,who meet the diagnosis standard and exclusion standard established by the international restless legs syndrome research group(IRLSSG),were given small doses of Madopar for the treatment(125 mg Q.N).To score the clinical manifestations before and after the treatment with the international RLS assessment scale.Results: Symptoms were remarkably improved in 45 patients after Madopar treatment and IRLS scores dropped significantly(on the average from 26 points before treatment to 8 points after treatment).The symptom of RLS did not recur in 6 patients after 4 weeks treatment and withdrawal.Conclusion: Madopar has definite curative effects,fast effect-action,fewer side-effects and favorable medication adherence in the treatment of RLS.But long-term efficacy needs further observation.
