摘    要:目的:优选蜜炙关木通的工艺条件。方法:采用正交设计试验法,以炮制后关木通中马兜铃总酸的含量为评价指标,优选关木通蜜炙工艺。结果:优选的工艺条件,蜜的种类为老蜜,用量为25 g/100 g生药,炒制时间为5 min。结论:该炮制工艺条件稳定,重现性好。

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the process conditions of Manchurian Dutchmanspipe Stem processed with honey.Methods: Orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the process conditions,with the content of total Aristolochic acid as evaluation index.Results: The optimal process conditions were as follows,the amount of honey was 25 g/100 g,the type of honey was old honey,stir-frying time was 5 min.Conclusion: the processing technology conditions were stable and good repeatability.
