新生儿高胆红素血症心肌肌钙蛋白I及肌酸激酶同工酶MB亚型的临床研究

目的:探讨新生儿高胆红素血症心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)及肌酸激酶同工酶MB亚型(CK-MB)的变化及临床意义。方法:分别测定40例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿cTnI和CK-MB,并与30例生理性黄疸新生儿进行对照及40例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿治疗前后cTnI和CK-MB进行对照。结果:新生儿高胆红素血症组cTnI和CK-MB水平均明显高于生理性黄疸组(P<0.01);新生儿高胆红素血症组治疗前cTnI和CK-MB明显高于治疗后,cTnI增高的阳性率明显高于CK-MB。结论:新生儿高胆红素血症患儿存在心肌损伤,cTnI检测对新生儿高胆红素血症心肌损伤比CK-MB检测更敏感。

Research on cTnI and CK-MB in Neonates with Hyperbilirusinemia

Objective: To investigate the variations and clinical significances of cTnI and CK-MB in neonates with hyperbilirusinemia.Methods: cTnI and CK-MB were determined among 40 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and 30 neonates with physiological icterus.And the data were compared between two groups,as well as before and after treatment of 40 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.Results: The levels of cTnI and CK-MB in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were significantly higher than in neonates with physiologic icterus.Moreover,the levels of cTnI and CK-MB were significantly decreased after treatment in neonates with hyperbilirubinemia.The positive rate of cTnI increasing was significantly higher than that of CK-MB.Conclusion: There are myocardial damages in neonates with hyperbilirusinemia.And cTnI detection is more sensitive than that of CK-MB.
