| 摘 要： | 目的观察氯沙坦联用普伐他汀治疗高血压病伴高脂血症的疗效。方法 156例高血压伴高脂血症患者采用口服氯沙坦50mg/d,普伐他汀10mg/d,治疗期为12周。结果治疗结束后降压总有效率为91.0%,血脂明显改善,总有效率为87.1%,且无明显不良反应。结论氯沙坦联用普伐他汀治疗高血压病伴高脂血症安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of losartan and pravastatin in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipemia.Methods 156 patients with hypertension and hyperlipemia received losartan 50mg and pravastatin 10mg daily for 12 weeks' therapy.Results After therapy,the total effective rate of antihypertensive was 91.0%,the effective rate of lowering blood lipids was 87.1%,and no obvious side effects were observed.Conclusion Losartan and pravastatin is safe and effective in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlip... |
