| 摘 要： | 探讨缺血修饰白蛋白(IMA)、Hcy、Hs-CRP、cTnI、Mb和B型钠酸肽(BNP)水平在急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)早期诊断中的价值.选择胸痛患者小于3h内、6h测定血清IMA、Hcy、Hs-CRP、cTnI、Mb和BNP水平,并与对照组比较.结果表明,3h组IMA和Mb水平与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0....

| Abstract: | To explore the clinical value of levels of serum ischemia modified albumin(IMA),Hcy,Hs-CRP,Mb,cardiac troponin I(cTnI) and BNP in the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).The levels of serum IMA,Hcy,Hs-CRP,cTnI,Mb and BNP in 100 patients with ACS within 3h after onset of chest pain and once again at 6h,and 50 health controls were determined.The results showed that the levels of serum IMA and Mb in 3h group were obviously higher than those in the control group(P<0.01),but there was no significant diffe... |
