| 摘 要： | 目的分析了解厦门市思明区游泳池水水质的卫生状况,为加强游泳场所的卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法对思明区游泳池水水质的pH、浑浊度、尿素、游离性余氯、菌落总数和大肠菌群进行检验,并对2009-2010年游泳池的检测结果进行统计分析。结果共检测游泳池水样204份,各项指标全部合格的为104份,合格率为51%。样品不合格项目主要是游离性余氯与pH,还有部分水样菌落总数和大肠菌群超标。两年总体的合格率因游离性余氯的差异导致差异有统计学意义,不同区域不同类型水质的合格率差异均无统计学意义。结论思明区游泳池水水质的卫生状况较差,仍需加强消毒工作。监督监测重点是要完善各游泳场所游离性余氯的监控制度,加强对经营管理者的业务技能培训,加强公共卫生知识的宣传教育,防止池水受到各类排泄物的污染。
