| 摘 要： | 现代医学及生命科学的研究离不开实验动物,然而随着社会以及科学技术的进步,对于实验动物的使用问题也逐渐突显出来,不注重动物福利和动物伦理的问题已成为公众人文素养形成的潜在负面因素,并且在相当程度上直接制约着科研中所得结果的真实性。目前国外在动物福利及动物伦理方面的发展要强于我国,本文主要通过比较国内外动物福利的差异,以加速我国在医学及科研实验中动物福利的改革进程。
