中西医结合治疗骨质疏松症60例

摘    要:目的:探讨中西医结合治疗骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法:将我院120例骨质疏松症患者随机分为对照组(60例)和试验组(60例),对照组采用常规的西医治疗,试验组采用中医辨证施治结合西.医治疗。检测理化指标:骨密度、骨钙素、β-胶原系列。结果:治疗组的骨密度、骨钙素测值升高,B胶原系列测值下降,临床症状改善;观察数据经统计学处理,试验组的临床疗效优于对照组,有显著性的差异,P〈0.01。结论:中西医结合治疗骨质疏松症,不但可以取得良好的疗效,亦可减少单纯长期服用西药导致的副作用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the curative effective of combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on osteoporosis. Methods: 120 patients with osteoporesis in our hospital were divided into two groups: the control group in which the 60 patients were treated with western medicine,and the therapy group in which the 60 patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.then physieochemieal index was dected,such as bone mineral density, Osteocalein and β collagen Series.Results The value of bone mineral density and Osteoealein in treament group was increased,on the other hand,the value of β collagen Series in treament group was decreased.Clinical symptom was improved obviously.Observation data was processed statisticaly. Clinical effect in treament group was better than in the control group,Difference between two groups was significant, P〈0.01.Conclusion Combined Treament of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on osteoporesis not only obtain better effects,but also reduce the side effects caused by merely long-time taking western medicine.
