| 摘 要： | 目的：观察加味补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法：选用加味补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗塞38例，并与对照组38例进行比较，结果治疗组总有效率94．7％，对照组总有效率84．2％，两组总有效率经统计学处理，差异有统计意义（p〈0．05）。结论：中药加味补阳还五汤治疗气虚血瘀型脑梗塞疗效显著，具有很好地补气活血化瘀通络的作用，值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：to observe the flavored Yang also for five decoction ＂in the treatment of cerebral infarction and blood stasis the clinical curative effect. Method：is used for flavored Yang also five decoction ＂in the treatment of cerebral infarction and blood stasis, and 38 cases compared with control group 38 cases, the treatment group total effectiveness 94.7%, the comparison group total effectiveness lOth, two group total effectiveness by statistical processing, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion：medicine flavored Yang also for blood stasis five decoction ＂in the treatment of cerebral infarction curative effect is distinct, has the very good to fill gas promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, dredging, worth the role of the clinical application. |
