参麦注射液对奥沙利铂辅助化疗病人的保护作用

目的观察参麦注射液对消化道肿瘤术后奥沙利铂辅助化疗病人的保护作用。方法80例含奥沙利铂方案化疗的消化道肿瘤术后病人。随机分为单纯化疗组。参麦＋化疗组，每组40例．两组均予含奥沙利铂3周方案化疗。单纯化疗组不加保护剂；参麦＋化疗组每次化疗期间连用参麦注射液5d。均完成6疗程化疗，化疗后比较两组病人中医症状积分、化疗需时、血粘度、外周感觉神经毒性、外周神经传导速度情况。结果参麦＋化疗组中医症状积分较单纯化疗组低，两组有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；参麦＋化疗组化疗后血粘度低切、中切值较单纯化疗组低、化疗需时较单纯化疗组短，两组均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；参麦＋化疗组外周神经毒性3～4级例数较单纯化疗组少，两组有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；化疗后两组周围神经传导速度减慢。以单纯化疗组明显．两组有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论参麦注射液能改善化疗不适症状、调节血粘度、减轻奥沙利铂相关神经毒性．确保化疗顺利完成。

Protection of shenmai injection for patient with oxaliplatin chemotherapy

OBJECTIVE To study protection of shenmai injection for gastrointestinal tumor patients after operation with oxaliplatin chemotherapy.METHODS 80 cases of gastrointestinal tumor patients after operation with oxaliplatin chemotherapy were divided into single group and combined group,each 40 cases.The single group was administered by chemotherapy only while the combined group by chemotherapy and shenmai injection.After 6 cycles chemotherapy,TCM symptoms integral,chemotherapy needed time,blood viscosity,peripheral sensory nerve toxicity,peripheral nerve conduction velocity were compared between two groups.RESULTS Compared with the single group,the TCM symptoms integral and of the combined group was less and statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the single group,the chemotherapy needed time and blood viscosity of the combined group were less and statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the single group,the cases of 3 and 4 grades of peripheral sensory nerve toxicity were less and statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the combined group,the peripheral nerve conduction velocity of the single group was slower and very statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Shenmai injection can improve chemotherapy related symptoms and adjust blood viscosity,it can also reduce oxaliplatin relevant neurotoxicity and ensure chemotherapy smoothly.
