| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨出血性脑梗死的发病机理及治疗。方法:对27例出血性脑梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:27例HI患者临床诊断全部经头颅CT检查确诊,基本痊愈6例,好转19例,死亡2例。结论:脑梗死患者在治疗过程中,当病情变化、加重时,及时检查CT是必要的,有利于HI的诊断和治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze the pathogenesis and treatment of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction. Method： The clinical information of 27 cases with hemorrhagic cerebral infarction were retrospectively analyzed.Result： All the cases were examined and diagnosed by cranial CT. 6 cases were cured, 19 improved, and 2 died. Conclusion： The timely examination of CT is necessary for the dianosis and treatment of HI when the disease is worse. |
