辅酶Q_(10)的人体抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:目的探讨辅酶Q10对人体的抗氧化作用。方法将120例符合要求的健康志愿者按血清丙二醛含量随机分为样品组和对照组,样品组连续服用受试物120 d,测定两组人群血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和安全性指标。结果样品组丙二醛含量下降率、超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性升高率均显著大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。两组人群的各项安全性指标试验前后均无明显改变。结论辅酶Q10对人体具有抗氧化作用。

Study on Antioxidant Function of Coenzyme Q10 on Human Body

Abstract:Objective To explore the antioxidant function of coenzyme Q10 on human body.Methods One hundred and twenty healthy volunteers who met the requirement were randomly divided into test group and control group according to the contents of serum MDA.Test group was orally given coenzyme Q10 for 120 consecutive days.Contents of MDA,activities of SOD and GSH-Px and indexes of safety were determined at the end of 120 consecutive days.Results The decrease rate of MDA and the increase rate of SOD and GSH-Px in test group were significantly greater than those of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).All kinds of indexes of safety did not change before and after the experiment.Conclusions Coenzyme Q10 has the antioxidant function on human body.
