护理本科生与注册护士评判性思维能力的比较研究

摘    要:目的了解实习后期护理本科生与低年资注册护士在评判性思维能力及核心能力上的差异,以明确护理本科生临床实习的培养重点。方法采用评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)和注册护士核心能力测评量表(CIRN),对实习后期护理本科生(n=30)与低年资注册护士(n=34)的评判性思维能力进行问卷调查。结果两组在CTDI-CV量表的得分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),评判性思维能力倾向于中等,且自信心、系统化能力、寻找真相三个维度的得分最低。低年资注册护士在CIRN量表的总分及各维度得分均显著高于实习后期护理本科生(P〈0.01),且两组均在CIRN量表的人际交往维度得分最高,评判性思维与科研维度得分最低。结论实习后期护理本科生与低年资注册护士的评判性思维能力处于中等水平,其中,评判性思维的自信心、系统化能力和寻找真相均较薄弱。但是,低年资注册护士CIRN量表中的评判性思维与科研维度得分明显高于实习后期护理本科生。

Comparative Study of Critical Thinking Ability Between Nursing Undergraduates and Registered Nurses

Abstract:Objective To investigate the differences of critical thinking ability and core competency between nursing undergraduates in late stage of practice and junior registered nurses(RNs),and then specify the training keystone in clinical practice for nursing undergraduates.Methods Chinese version of critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI-CV) and competency inventory for registered nurses(CIRN) questionnaire were used to survey nursing undergraduates in late stage of practice(n=30) and junior registered nurses(n=34).Results There was no statistically difference in the scores of CTDI-CV between the two groups(P>0.05).Moreover,the critical thinking abilities of both groups were at medium level,with the lowest scores on the confidence of critical thinking(CT),truth-seeking and systematicity.The scores of overall scale and subscale of CIRN in undergraduates group were significantly lower than those in RN group(P<0.01).Moreover,subscales with highest and lowest mean scores in CIRN were human communication and critical thinking & research aptitude respectively in both groups.Conclusions Critical thinking abilities of nursing undergraduates in late stage of practice and junior registered nurses are both at medium level,but the two groups are weak on self-confidence,systematicity,and truth-seeking of CT.The scores of critical thinking and research aptitude of junior registered nurses in CIRN questionnaire are significantly higher than those of nursing undergraduates in late stage of practice.
