| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the clinical application of VCS parameters of leukocyte in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods：Peripheral blood samples were measured with Coulter LH750 hematology analyzer. The values of leukocyte were compared with the result of the normal donor. Urine microalbumin levels were detected by Immage 800 immunonephelometry analyzer. Pearson’s bivariate correlation analyses were performed to examine the linear correlations.Results：Between type 2 diabetic patients and normal donors, WBC,NE#,MO%,MO# and MLS had not significant difference（P〉0.05）;And NE%,MLV and MMV were elevated significantly（P〈0.05）;But LY%,LY#,MNV,MNC,MNS,MLC,MMC and MMS were decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. The urine microalbumin levels were significantly correlated with MNS,MLS and MMS（r=0.556,0.560,0.602;P0.01）.Conclusion：The parameter of VCS had clinical value in the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Also, it is useful for the diagnosis of micrangium injury. |
