| 摘 要： | 目的建立HPLC法同时测定镇脑宁胶囊中葛根素和阿魏酸的含量。方法采用Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱，流动相：甲醇-1％冰醋酸溶液（30：70）；流速：1．0mL·min^-1，检测波长：328nm。结果葛根素的线性范围0．1574～1．574μg，r=0．9994；阿魏酸线性范围0．01696～0．1696μg，r=0．9999；平均回收率葛根素为99．57％．RSD为1．38％；阿魏酸为99．64％。RSD为1．90％。结论该法简便，结果可靠，可有效地用于镇脑宁胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | The content of puerarin and ferulic acid in Zhennaoning Capsules was determined by HPLC.The chromatographic column was Hypersil BDS C18.The mobile phase was methanol-1%acetic acid(30:70).The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 328nm.The external standard and peak area method were used to determine the contents of puerarin and ferulic acid.The linear range of puerarin and ferulic acid were 0.1574～1.574μg(r=0.9994) and 0.01696 ～0.1696μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery rate and RSD were 99.57%,1.38% and 99.64%,1.90% respectively.This method is simple and believable.It can be effectively used for the quality control of Zhennaoning Capsules. |
