| 摘 要： | 探讨内皮素与高血压胰岛素抵抗的相关性和卡托普利加左旋氨氯地平对高血压患者胰岛素抵抗的改善作用.选择在本院内科就诊的25例原发性高血压伴糖耐量异常患者,使用卡托普利加左旋氨氯地平联合用药治疗,在治疗前与治疗后测量收缩压、舒张压,测定空腹血糖、胰岛素、胰岛素抗体和胰岛素抵抗指数的变化.对照组21例为体检健康人群.高血压组血...
