| 摘 要： | 目的分析石家庄市手足口病发病与气象因素关系,为手足口病防控措施提供科学依据。方法对石家庄市2009年手足口病发病数与温度、湿度、露点、气压、风速等气象因素进行相关分析。结果石家庄市手足口病发病特点与全年气候变化趋势一致。4月份每日报告手足口病发病数与日平均气温成正比,与气压成反比。结论手足口病发病除了与传染源、传播途径、易感人群等流行病学因素有关,高温与低气压等气象因素也与其密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the correlation between the incidence of HFMD and meteorological factors in Shijiazhuang,and to provide a scientific basis for HFMD prevention and control.Methods The correlation between the incidence of HFMD in Shijiazhuang in 2009 and temperature,humidity,dew point,pressure,wind speed was analyzed.Results The epidemiological characteristics of HFMD in Shijiazhuang were consistent with climate change trend.The daily number occurred HFMD in April was proportional to mean temperature,but inversely proportional to pressure.Conclusions Besides contagium,the transmission way,at-risk group,high temperature and low pressure are closely related to HFMD. |
