我院124例药品不良反应报告分析

目的：分析本院药品不良反应（ADR）的发生特点、规律及产生原因,为临床合理用药提供依据,保证用药安全。方法：汇总2007—2009年上报的124例药品不良反应报告,分别从患者性别、年龄、给药途径、药物种类、临床表现、转归情况及引发的ADR前10位的药品等方面进行回顾性分析。结果：124例不良反应,50岁以上患者占52.5%。抗感染药物引起的ADR最多,占50.7%;静脉给药途径发生ADR最多,占90.3%,最多见的ADR临床表现为皮肤及附件损害,占45.2%。结论：应重视药品不良反应监测工作,加强抗感染药物及静脉给药途径的监测,减少ADR的发生,确保患者的用药安全。

Analysis of 124 cases of adverse drug reaction reports in our hospital

Objective: To analyze adverse drug reaction occurrence characteristics,law and causes,provide basis for clinical rational drug use,ensure safe drug use.Methods:To collect 124 cases reported adverse drug reaction reports in 2007—2009,separately from patients gender,age,administration way,drug types,clinical manifestation,and triggered obtains the top 10 aspects of drugs were retrospectively analyzed.Results: adverse reactions,124 cases of patients with over 50 year old account for 52.5%.Anti-infection drug-induced obtains most,occupy 50.7%);Intravenous administration way happen obtains most,accounts for text,most seen obtains the clinical manifestations of the skin and accessories,accounting for 45.2% damage.Conclusion: the adverse drug reaction monitoring work should be pay attention to,strengthens the anti-infection drugs and intravenous administration way monitoring,reduce the occurrence,ensure patients medication safety.
