Validation study on Inactivation of Deproteinized Calf Blood Extract Viruses by Constant Temperature Water Bath Technology Treatment

Objective：Verify technology of Deproteinized Calf Blood Extractives intermediate goods at 60 ℃ water bath for 7 hours on the products carried by the inactivation of the virus to determine the effectiveness of viral inactivation steps.Methods：To demonstrate the inactivation efficiency of virus by constant temperature water bath technology treatment of Deproteinized Ca1f B1ood Extractives,pseudorabies virus（PRV） and the vasicular stomatitis virus（VSV） were used as indicator viruses for DNA and RNA lipid-enveloped viruses,respectively.Reovirus type 3（Reo3） and porcine parvovirus（PPV） were used as indicator viruses for DNA and RNA nonlipid-enveloped viruses,prospectively.Results：Deproteinized Calf Blood Extractives intermediate goods were infected by the four indicator viruses that be treated at 60 ℃ water bath for 7 hours,which resulted in the amount of virus inactivation than 4logs.Conclusion：The results suggested that constant temperature water bath at 60 ℃ water bath for 7 hours treatment technology can efficiently inactivate the lipid-enveloped viruses and the nonlipid-enveloped viruses.
