| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效色谱法测定替吉奥胶囊的含量。方法采用Hypersil ODS柱（4．6ram×250mm，5μm），检测波长264nm。流动相为pH6．8磷酸盐缓；中液（取0．2mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液250mL．加0．2mol·^-1氩氧化钠溶液118mL，用水稀释至1000mL。即得）．乙腈（75：25）；流速：1．0ml·min^-1。结果吉莫斯特在6．08～11．4pg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好（r=0．99992）。平均回收率为100．7％，RSD=1．24％。结论本法快速．简便，准确，重复性好。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of gimeracil in Tegafur capsules.METHODS The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm).The mobile phase was potassium dihydrogen phosphate(dissolve 0.2mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate to 250mL,and 0.2mol·L-1 Sodium hydroxide solution to 118mL,adjust to 1000mL with water)-acetonitrile(75∶25).The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 264nm.RESULTS In the scope of 6.08～11.4μg·mL1,the contents of gimeracil had good linear relationship with their peak area(r=0.99992).The average recoveries were 100.7%,RSD=1.24%.CONCLUSION The results showed that the method was rapid,simple,excellent precision. |
