| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术后角膜后表面曲率变化及与屈光等效球镜改变量的关系。方法:使用Pentacam眼前节测量分析系统,检测行近视LASIK手术的38例(76眼)患者术前、术后1个月、3个月和6个月的角膜后表面距离角膜顶点半径3mm区曲率半径,分析角膜后表面曲率半径变化及与等效球镜改变量的相关关系。结果:LASIK术后1个月、3个月与6个月的角膜中央3mm区后表面曲率半径分别为(6.29±0.19)mm、(6.28±0.19)mm和(6.27±0.19)mm,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。角膜后表面曲率半径改变量与屈光等效球镜改变量呈正相关(r=0.314,P=0.009)。结论:LASIK术后角膜中央3mm区后表面曲率半径减少,变化程度与近视矫正程度相关。
