| 摘 要： | 目的:调查江苏昆山市经济技术开发区中小学生常见病患病情况,为中小学生常见病防治提供科学依据。方法:对昆山开发区17 426例中、小学生健康体检数据进行统计分析。结果:昆山开发区2010年度中小学生营养不良700例(4.02%);肥胖2 089例(11.99%),中小学生肥胖率间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),男生肥胖率高于女生(P<0.01);视力低下8 730例(50.10%),以重度低下为主,中学生视力低下率高于小学生视力(P<0.01),女生视力低下率高于男生(P<0.01);龋齿8 990例(51.59%),小学生龋患率高于中学生(P<0.01),女生龋患率高于男生(P<0.01)。结论:昆山开发区中小学生视力低下和龋齿的检出率处于较高水平,应为常见病的防治重点,学校和卫生相关部门应开展针对性健康教育,以提高学生的健康水平。
