摘 要: | 目的:本文优选出五味子浸膏的最佳提取工艺.方法:用均匀设计法安排实验,以分光光度法测出的浸膏中总木脂素的含量为参考指标,考察乙醇浓度、回流时间、溶媒用量与提取次数对总木脂素提取率的影响.结果:确定乙醇浓度90%,回流时间3小时,溶媒用量4倍,提取两次为最佳提取工艺.结论:实验证明本工艺稳定可行,能作为提取五味子浸膏生产...

Abstract: | Objective:This article optimized the best extracting technology of Chinese magnoliavine fruit extract.Methods:Uniform Design arrange the experiment,with Spectrophotometry to determine the total lignanoid in Chinese magnoliavine fruit extract for reference index,investigate the affection of alcohol density、backstreaming time、dissolvant dosage、abstraction frequency.Results:Determin alcohol density90%,backstreaming time 4hour,dissolvant dosage 4times,abstraction twice to be the best craft.Conclusion:This experiment proofs the technology is stable,can do Chinese magnoliavine fruit extract production technology reference. |
