急（亚急）性阴囊皮炎病因探讨（附494例分析）

对４９４例急（亚急）性阴囊皮炎的观察和诊治，取鳞屑作直接镜检发现真菌阳性率高达８６．２％。该病在入伍新战士中发病率较高，有时呈流行趋势。作者认为，对有可疑、特别是群集发生阴囊皮炎患者，应及时作真菌直接镜检或培养，以免误诊。

Acute(subacute)scrotal dermatitis:A pathogenic study of 494 cases

Four hundred and ninety-four soldiers with acute(or subacute)scrotal dermatitis were studied.The resultshowed that this disease was different from riboflavin deficiency and eczema.It can be diagnosed direct by under micro-scopic examination,fungi was positive in 86.2% of the cases.The morbidity of scrotal dermatitis was higher in new sol-diers,all patients were cured with antifungal treatment.This indicates that scales fung skin lesion should be examined in allcases for fungus.
