摘    要:随着计算机技术和信息时代的到来,传统的教学模式已不能满足现代化高等医学教育发展的要求,将计算机引入实验教学是医学教育改革发展的一种必然趋势。本文详细介绍了有关病理生理学模拟实验软件的开发设计与应用研究过程中病理生理模型建立的理论基础,并利用质点跟踪绘制法对心电图进行了模型模拟。模拟结果证实该模型具有根据不同的病理变化而模拟出相应变化的能力,因此改进的质点跟踪绘制法可以应用于病生模拟教学中。

Abstract:With the advent of computer technology and information ags, the traditional mode of teaching is unable to meet the demands of modem higher medical education, and the introduction of computer laboratory teaching is an inevitable trend of medical education. The article specifies the theoretical foundation of pathophysiology model during the process of the pathophysiology simulation software designed and applied, and uses particle-tracking algorithm for simulation. The simulation results showed that the model behaved as same as the disease, and that indicated the improved particle-tracking algorithm was useful in the computer simulated teaching of pathophysiology.
