原发性高血压患者血清瘦素水平与血脂的相关性研究

目的探讨原发性高血压患者血清瘦素(Leptin)与血脂的相关性。方法原发性高血压患者86例,对照组87名,测定其空腹血清瘦素、血糖、胰岛素、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白A-1(ApoA-1)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)、体重指数(BMI)、腰臂比(WHR),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),分析原发性高血压患者血清瘦素水平与血脂的关系。结果高血压组的BMI、WHR、TC、TG、LDL-C、ApoB、HOMA-IR、Leptin显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多元逐步回归分析显示瘦素与甘油三酯(TG)正相关。结论原发性高血压患者血清瘦素水平与血脂有相关性。

Correlation between concentration of serum leptin and lipid in patients with essential hypertension

Objective To explore the correlation between serum concentration of leptin and lipid in patients with essential hypertension. Methods The study included 86 cases of essential hypertension and 87 cases of healthy subjects(control group).Their fast serum leptin, blood sugar, insulin, serum lipids, and body mass index(BMI) were measured overnight fast. Insulin sensitivity was assessed by the homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR). The correlation between serum concentration of leptin and lipid was explored. Results The leptin and BMI,WHR,TC,TG,LDL-C,ApoB,HOMA-IR in the hypertensive group was significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05=, leptin correlated positively with triglyceride. Conclusion The serum concentration of leptin correlates with lipid in patients with essential hypertension.
