动员地方卫生力量补充军队医院战备抽组调查

目的：研究地方卫生力量转换为卫勤保障力量方法,论证军队医院战备抽组后动员地方卫生力量进行人员补缺的可行性。方法：调查X省A市,Y省B市第一、二、三、四人民医院、医学院附属医院内科系统、外科系统、医技科系统医务人员高、中、初级人数与军队医院战备抽组后人员需求的比较。结果：两所军队医院分别抽组野战医疗所120人,野战医疗队70人,共计190人。X省A市医务人员为2 037名,Y省B市医务人员为2 083名,两市能被抽调的医务人员总数达到4 120人,从中抽调190人补充到被抽组的军队医院顶替抽组后的人员空缺。结论：动员地方卫生力量,补充到军队医院战备抽组后人员补缺,这种抽调模式不影响被抽调地方医院正常医疗工作,是军队医院战备抽组后继续完成基地医院保障任务的有效方法。

Powers to Military Hospital after Military Personnel Sample-forming for Combat Readiness

Objective：To study the method of transforming the local medical powers to the military medical support powers and to argue the feasibility of military hospital being filled up by local medical workers after military personnel sample-forming for combat readiness.Methods：The number of medical workers with different professional titles from the 1st,the 2nd,the 3rd,the 4th hospital and affiliated hospital of medical college in A city X province and B city Y province was compared with the number of requirement of military hospital after been drawn off for combat readiness.Results：190 medical workers were drawn off from two military hospitals.There are 2037 medical workers in A city X province and 2083 medical workers in B city Y province.190 medical workers form A city X province and B city Y province were added to the two military hospitals in which 190 medical workers were drawn off for combat readiness.Conclusion：It is a good way to add local medical workers to the military hospital,which will not affect the normal work of local hospital and at the same time it will ensure that the military hospital possesses of enough power to continue the task of medical support after military personnel sample-forming for combat readiness.
