| 摘 要： | 目的 了解血站供血的质量，以例题晚好地预防和控制经输血传播疾病的发生。方法 对血站常规供血用方法抽查ＨＢｓＡｇ、ＨＣＶ－Ａｂ、ＡＬＴ梅霉反应素等５项。结果 抽查３５３１份中有６例ＡＬＴ〉２５Ｕ，总合格率为９９．８３％。结论 验收合格的血站，采供血质量基本可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the quality of the blood provided by the blood stations so as to better prevent and control the occurrence of diseases spread through blood transfusion. Methods A sample survey was made of the blood regularly provided by the station with prescribed methods. The five items surveyed include HBsAg, HCV-Ah, HIV-Ah, ALT and Wassermann antibody. Results There were 6 cases of ALT > 25U among the 3 531 samples surveyed, with the total rate of qualification being 99. 83 %. Conclusion The quality of blood donated and taken at blood atations with acceptance certificates is basically reliable. |
