ESWL型矿石机治疗上尿路结石5000例临床疗效研究

８年来应用国产ＥＳＷＬ碎石机治疗上尿路结石５０００例，占同期收治该病的９７．２９％。肾结石治疗成功率９８．１３％，复治率３８．５０％。输尿管结石治疗成功率９７．９９％，复治率２８．９％。复杂性肾结石占１９．３０％，９０％以上的复杂性肾结石复治后收到满意效果。随访６个月￣８年，结石复发１７６例，复发率３．５２％。ＥＳＷＬ治疗后结石复发与碎石存留、ＥＳＷＬ治疗次数、尿路感染、代谢因素和尿路梗阻、性别等

CLINICAL EFFECT ANALYSIS OF EXTRACORPOREAL SHOCK WAVE LITHOTRIPSY(ESWL) IN THE TREATMENT OF 5 000 PATIENTS WITH UPPER URINARY TRACT CALCULI

Five thousand patients of upper urinary tract calculi were treated by ESWL with a domestic lithotripter over the last 8 years. Success rate and retreatment rate were 98.13% and 38.50% respectively in renal stone while those were 97.99% and 28.9% respectively in ureteral stone. Satisfied effect was achieved in more than 90% of patients with complicated renal stone, accounting for 19.30% of the total cases. The recurrent stone was found in 176 cases after 6 months to 8 years constituting a 3.52% recurrent rate. The recurrent rate was highly correlated with stone residue, the times of ESWL, urinary tract infection,metabolic factors, urinary obstruction and sex. Therefore the treatment for recurrent stone should be aimed at elliminating the ethiological factors.
