| 摘 要： | 长骨骨折因治疗及其它原因引起的骨不连在临床上较常见，治疗方法也很多。我院自１９８５年起，采用引产胎儿骨作骨栓治疗长骨骨不连，取得明显疗效。胎儿骨作骨栓，既可起到植骨作用，也可起到内固定作用，简化了手术程序，减少了手术创伤，经７例稞观察，胎儿骨栓组织相容性好，无排斥反应，是治疗骨不连的一种较好方法。

| Abstract: | The nonunion of the fractured longbone resulting from treatments or other reasons is rather common clinically.Since 1995,we have been treating the nonunion with bolts made of fetal bone from induced abortion and have obtained evident curative effects.Fetal bones ,used as bone bolts,could play the role of bone graftings in addition to internal fixations.The therapy simplified the operative procedure and decreased the operative wound.Through the observation of 7 cases,we found that the histocompatibility of the bone bolt and receiver were good and there was no rejection.we consider it a good therapy for the nonunion of the fractured longbone. |
