非手术住院患者住院期间日药费的分布规律及其应用

摘    要:目的:揭示非手术住院患者住院期间日药费的分布特征和规律,寻找住院期间药费监管的重要环节,为住院患者住院期间药费控制提供依据.方法:采用Visual FoxPro 6.0对数据库进行整理,SPSS统计软件对资料进行统计分析.结果:非手术住院患者住院期间日药费随住院时间的变化规律望塑竺塑三壁类型,即日药费变化平缓型、住院中期上升型和出院前期上升型、81、4%的住院日日药费在150元以下,其药费合计仅占总药费的16.3%;7、5%的住院日日药费在450元以上,其日药费合计却占总药费的63.7%.高药费日在出院前一日的分布频次最多,其次为出院当日,有30%的高药费住院日分布在这两日.结论:非手术住院患者住院期间的日药费在不同的住院时间点呈现出一定的分布规律,63.7%的药品费用分布在日药费较高的时点,出院前一日及出院当日出现的高药费日可能是药品费用监控的重要环节.

Abstract:AIM: To explore the distribution characteristics of daily medicine cost of non-operation inpatients during hospitalization for a better control of medicine cost. METHODS: Database was sorted out with Visual FoxPro 6.0 and SPSS software was used for statistical analysis. RESULTS: The changes of cost of (daily) medicine of non-operation inpatients during hospitalization fell into 3 types: slowly changing type, increasing in metaphase of hospitalization and fast increasing before discharge. 81.4% of the total hospitalization days were with cost of under $150 per day, which accounted for only 16.3% of total cost, while 7.5% of total hospitalization days were with cost of above $450 per day, which accounted for 63.7% of the total cost. The distribution characteristics of high cost of daily medicine: The days with high cost of daily medicine were mostly the day just before discharge and the day of discharge, accounting for 30% of the hospitalization days with higher daily medicine cost. CONCLUSION: There is some set distribution characteristics of daily medicine cost of non-operation inpatients during hospitalization. 63.7% of the total medicine cost is found on days with daily medicine cost of above $450. The day of discharge and the day just before discharge are the key time points for controlling the cost of medicine.
