| 摘 要： | 目的探讨GE1．5TEXCITE ⅢHD磁共振成像仪对肝脏DWI成像的可重复性。方法采用GE1．5TEXCITEⅢ超导型磁共振成像仪、八通道体线圈，对3O例健康志愿者在不同时间（24H-14D内）行两次DWI成像扫描。扫描完成后将图像传入adw4．2工作站，利用functool2软件得到两次扫描的ADC图并计算出ADC值、eADC值，然后进行统计学分析。结果两次不同时间行肝脏弥散加权成像所得到的ADC和eADC值无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。结论GE1．5TEXCITEⅢHD磁共振对肝脏DWI成像具有较好的可重复性，可进一步用于肝脏良恶性病变的研究。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the reproducibility of diffusion weighted MR imaging in liver. Methods DWI was performed in 30 healthy volunteers in two different times. When completed scan the presentation was imported to ADW 4.2, we utilized the functool 2 soft ware to obtain the ADC and eADC map,and then to calculate the ADC and eADC value.At last the results were compared and statistically analyzed. Results There is no significant difference between the result of the two different times. Conclu- sion Diffusion weighted imaging in liver is high reproducible,which may provide a technique in the study of liver lesion. |
