| 摘 要： | 探讨数字化医院建设模型，提出电子病历（EMR）是医院信息系统的核心，介绍电子病历的概念和功能，设计基于三层结构和C／S、B／S混合模式的电子病历管理系统。具有标准化、可靠性、安全性和保密性等特点，可实现电子病历数据采集、存储和共享。提高医院整体运作效率和竞争能力。

| Abstract: | To explore the model of construction of the digital hospital, and present that the electronic medical record （ EMR ） are the core of hospital information system （ HIS ）, concepts and functions of EMR were introduced and three-tier structure and the mixed mode of C/S and B/S based EMIR manage system （ EMRMS ） was designed with the characteristic of standardization, reliability, security and confidentiality, etc. EMIRMS could realize collection, storage and sharing of the data of EMIR, to improve the overall operational efficiency and competitiveness in the hospital. |
