| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肝移植术后侵袭性肺曲霉病的个体化治疗方案。方法回顾性分析2004年1月～2006年12月期间12例肝移植术后侵袭性肺曲霉病患者的临床表现、治疗方案、并发症及预后。结果12例患者死亡5例,病死率41.7%,治疗效果较既往得到改善。结论肝移植术后侵袭性肺曲霉病的治疗需要根据患者情况选择抗曲霉菌药物,进行免疫抑制剂的个体化调整。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore individualized treatment of invasive pulmonary aspergillosis after liver transplantation.Methods The clinical manifestation,treatment,complication and prognosis of 12 patients with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis after liver transplantation from 2004 to 2006 were analyzed.Results Five patients died with a mortality rate of 41.7%.Therapeutic efficacy was improved obviously by individualized strategy.Conclusion Anti-aspergillus drugs and immunosuppressive agent should be individualized on the basis of the patients' condition.Meanwhile combined therapy is essential. |
