| 摘 要： | 目的：建立血液保养液的细菌内毒素检查法，方法：用自制Tris-Hc缓冲液代替细菌内毒素检查用水做鲎试剂溶媒，按中国药典2000年版二部收载的细菌内毒素检查法进行实验。结果：Tris-Hcl缓冲液做鲎试剂溶媒能排除血液保养液对鲎试剂凝胶反应的干扰。结论：鲎试剂溶媒改进后，可以用细菌内毒素检查法代替血液保养液的热原检查。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To establishe the inspection method of endotoxin in compound sodium citrate injection. METHODS: The buffer solution of tris Hcl was adopted to dissolve limulus amebocyte lysate, which was instead of the water for the inspection endotoxin, the experiment is implemented according to the request of endotoxin inspection method collected in the 2nd book, china pharmacopeia.2000. RESULT:The experiment showed that the interference elements could be excluded by altering solvent of limulus amebocyte lysate. CONCLUSION: For daily pyragen test of compound sodium citrate injection, endotoxin inspection method can be used instead of dometic rabbit method by altering solvent of limulus amebocyte lysate. |
