| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃癌组织环氧合酶-2(COX-2)异常表达与螺旋CT的关系。方法用免疫组化(SP)方法检测胃癌手术切除67例标本中上述基因表达。结果胃癌COX-2过表达率为70.1%(47/67),且过表达与肿瘤大小、大体类型、组织学类型、淋巴结转移(LN)及临床病理分期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论胃癌COX-2异常表达与螺旋CT征象密切相关。
