鹰嘴截骨入路Y型锁定钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折

目的探讨经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路Y型解剖型锁定钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折的方法和临床疗效。方法 2007年2月~2010年3月采用尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路Y型解剖型锁定钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折32例,男19例,女13例;年龄19~74岁,平均46岁。按AO/OTA分型：C1型8例,C2型15例,C3型9例。结果 30例获得随访,随访时间为10~26个月,平均17.4个月。用改良的Cassebaum标准评分,优14例,良12例,中3例,差1例,优良率86.7%。结论尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路Y型解剖型锁定钢板治疗肱骨髁间骨折,显露范围广,固定牢靠,能有效防止骨折不愈合。可指导患者早期进行肘关节功能锻炼,肘关节功能恢复良好。

Operative Treatment of Intercondylar Fracture of Humerus Using Y-type Anatomical Humeral Locking Plate
